The Kenwood Guys originally services my 48 year old Kenwood mixer at the beginning of the year and did a fantastic job, returning it to me by courier as I could not collect it. I recently managed to damage the machine (entirely my doing). The Kenwood Guys were able to replace the motor with a reconditioned one at a very reasonable cost, which included the courier, with a 6 month guarantee. Their service has been fantastic - nothing seems to faze them. Thanks Guys

They are happy to supply new or used parts and attachments for very competitive prices. Also happy to do a deal for spares that you wish to sell. And if you are nice, you will even get a cup of freshly brewed coffee!

I've had a Kenwood Chef since the 1980's and used it extensively. Unfortunately it packed-up recently, but then I found the Kenwood Guys. Not only was the mixer restored to it's full functionality but I could buy some "as new" add on components I never had. They did a Sterling job. I can highly recommend them if you have a cherished Kenwood Chef in need of some TLC.

Wow! Had such a great experience with Kenwood Guys! I needed my repair work urgently fixed for my bakery. I received excellent service and expertise. I could learn alot more about the machines. I would recommend The kenwood guys over and over my experience with them was amazing even though I live in Potchefstroom it was as easy - couriered my kenwood to Cape Town the serviced and repaired it without ripping me off and in no time it was back in my kitchen working as good as new - and it's more than 50 years old.
